Transcript: After E. H. Eckel, rector of St. Andrews Church, had finished services for Mrs. Mary Couts Burnet at her home, 1424 Summit Ave., Thursday morning, approximately 100 Texas christian University students grouped themselves in a double line just outside the doorway from which the casket was taken from the hearse, as shown above. The students were present as a mark of tribute to Mrs. Burnett, who one year ago executed a deed of trust conveying $4,000,000 worth of her property to the university.
