Transcript: D. A. R. Meeting. The Weatherford chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, was delightfully entertained on Thursday afternoon with Mrs. S. B. Burnett as hostess. This patriotic organization voted to give Friday or part of it, to Red Cross work at the workroom. The members brought jellies and property bags to be sent to the base hospital at Camp Bowie. The chapter has been donating to this line of work all year. Mrs. H. L. Moseley, delegate to the war college at Austin, gave us quite and interesting talk of her visit there.
