Transcript: Sam Davidson offered a resolution that the association as a whole tender its thanks to Mrs. Burnett, the retiring president, which was duly done. Mrs. Terrell then offered the same resolution for the secretary, W. B. Paddock. This resolution was also carried and Mr. Paddock was tendered the thanks of the association for his efficient services for the past year. The election of new officers will be made next week by the trustees.
